Señorita Choi Cocktail

Recipe by Ji Hye Kim

We love making cocktails with things in season. These are okay to be made year round, but during the summer when lady choi peppers are in season, these drinks really shine and go so well with our food. You can even substitute cilantro in Senorita Choi with perilla, cha jogi, or ssukgat to make it more unique. Super refreshing and delicious, the vegetables and herbs from Second Generation Seeds in season are the secret to our cocktails.
